• Condition: Applicable for a private group of 20 adults or more.
• Exclusion: Round-trip airfare is not included.

CHILD TOUR PRICE POLICY 

Children are expected to co-sleep with their parents.

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m in height: Free of charge (Applicable for the 1st child; the 2nd child is charged 50% of the adult price).
• From 5 - 9 years old and from 1m - 1.3m: 80% of the tour price.
• 10 years old or more & over 1.3m: 100% of the tour price.

SERVICES INCLUDED 

• Transportation: New and modern 35-seater air-conditioned tourist car; professional drivers.
• Admission: One-time entrance tickets to attractions, including:
  • 2-decker bus ticket in Hanoi.
  • Sun World ticket and Queen Cable Car.
  • Trang An boat ticket.
• Accommodation: 5-star standard hotel rooms (2 guests/room).
  • Hanoi: Mövenpick Living West Hanoi or equivalent.
  • Ha Long: The Yacht Hotel by DC or equivalent.
  • Cruise: Ambassador or equivalent.
• Meals: 04 breakfasts at the hotel, 02 Cruise Buffets, and 07 standard main meals.
• Guide: Professional English-speaking guide throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and 01 bottle of drinking water (500ml) per person/day.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED 

• VAT: 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Drinks, excess baggage, phone bills, and laundry.
• Optional Activities: Tickets for shows, games, and service upgrades.
• Surcharges: Single room surcharge.
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and round-trip air tickets.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/Day/Person for the tour guide and driver.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION TERMS 

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be transferred within 12 hours after booking.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Forfeiture of deposit + 100% of issued tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% of the total fee.
• Note: Holiday bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

IMPORTANT PRICE NOTES 

• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if foreign exchange rates (Vietcombank selling rate) fluctuate suddenly at the time of departure.
• Itinerary Commitment: To maintain the tour price, guests must follow the itinerary. A separation fee of $100/day/person applies if you split from the group.

VISA APPLICATION & REGULATIONS

• Service Inclusion: Visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.
• Passport Requirements:
  • The passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour.
  • Participants must provide a scan of the passport, including all pages with visas and entry/exit stamps.
  • The original passport must be carried at all times during the journey.
• Photo Specifications:
  • Quantity & Size: 01 photo (4 x 6 cm) taken on a white background.
  • Regulations: The photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing the face, forehead, and ears.
  • Restrictions: You must not wear white shirts or glasses in the photo.
• Travel History: You are required to provide information about countries visited within the last 3 years and the specific length of stay in each.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be finalized at least 10 working days in advance.
• Requirements for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese:
  • You must bring your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book.
  • These documents must feature a Vietnam entry stamp and be valid for check-in according to aviation regulations.
• Liability & Refund Policy:
  • The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal reasons or invalid identity documents.
  • In cases where a guest cannot check in or complete the tour due to document issues, the program costs will not be refunded.

Insurance Information

• Service Name: Regulated travel insurance.
• Inclusion: This service is included in the tour package.
• Provider Responsibility: The Service Provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing insurance for the guests (Party A) to ensure coverage while traveling according to the announced schedule.
• Health Risk Policy:
  • Participants are required to undertake and bear all expenses incurred outside the tour program related to health risks, such as additional accommodation, transportation, and medical examination or treatment costs.
  • Reimbursement: Any expenses that fall within the specific category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the Insurance Company in accordance with their standard regulations.
