Tour Quotation

• Conditions: Applicable for private groups of 10 - 20 adults.
• Exclusion: The price excludes round-trip air tickets.

Child Tour Price Policy

(Children are expected to co-sleep with parents; no separate bed is provided):

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m in height: Free of charge.
  • Note: Each family is accompanied by only 01 child free of charge. The 2nd child will be charged 50% of the adult tour price.
• From 5 - 9 years old (between 1m - 1.3m): 80% of the adult tour price.
• 10 years old or more (over 1.3m): 100% of the adult tour price.

Services Included

• Transportation: New, modern air-conditioned tourist cars with professional drivers.
• Accommodation: Standard hotel rooms (2 guests/room). Expected hotels: Sofitel Saigon (5*) or Royal Hotel Saigon (4*).
• Meals: 02 breakfasts at the hotel and 05 standard main meals (15 USD/PAX).
• Programs: One-time admission tickets to attractions in the itinerary.
• Guide: Professional, enthusiastic English-speaking tour guide throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and daily drinking water (01 bottle of 500ml/person/day).

Services Not Included

• Tax: VAT 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Drinks during meals, excess baggage, phone bills, and laundry.
• Optional & Wellness: Tickets for sightseeing outside the program, body massage, and self-sufficient activities.
• Surcharges: Single room surcharge.
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and round-trip airfare.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/Day/Person for the guide and driver.

Deposit & Cancellation Terms

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be transferred within 12 hours of price agreement.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Forfeiture of deposit plus 100% of air/train tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price plus 100% of tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% fee plus 100% of tickets.
• Holidays: Bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

Important Notes

• Validity: Quotation applies until the end of May 2026, excluding public holidays and Tet.
• Separation Fee: A fee of $100/day/person applies for splitting from the group.
• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if foreign exchange rates (Vietcombank rate) or related taxes change suddenly at the time of departure.

Visa Application Requirements

• Passport: Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the end date of the tour. You must provide a scan of your passport, including all pages with existing visas and entry/exit stamps, and you must carry the original passport while on the tour.
• Photo Specifications:
  • Quantity & Size: 01 photo (size 4 x 6 cm) taken on a white background.
  • Appearance: The photo must be taken straight, clearly revealing your face, forehead, and ears.
  • Attire & Accessories: Do not wear white shirts and do not wear glasses.
• Travel History: You must provide information regarding countries you have traveled to within the last 3 years, including the specific length of stay in each of those countries.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be completed at least 10 working days in advance.

Regulations for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese

• Required Documents: When participating in the tour, you must carry your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book.
• Entry Stamp: These documents (whether affixed to the passport or as a loose sheet) must feature a Vietnam entry stamp and must be valid for check-in according to aviation regulations.

Important Policies & Liability

• Exclusion: Visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.
• Agency Liability: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal reasons or invalid identity documents.
• Refund Policy: If a customer is unable to check in at the airport or join the tour due to issues with their personal identity or documents, the costs of the program will not be refunded.

Travel Insurance Policy

• Standard Inclusion: Regulated travel insurance is officially included as part of the service package for all participants.
• Provider’s Responsibility: The service provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing insurance for the guests to cover the duration of the journey as per the announced schedule.
• Health Risks and Coverage:
  • Guest Liability: Participants must agree to bear all costs related to health risks that occur outside the official tour program, including expenses for medical treatment, examination, additional accommodation, and transportation.
  • Reimbursement: The Insurance Company will only reimburse expenses that fall specifically within the authorized categories defined by their established regulations.
• Documentation Compliance: The travel agency is not responsible for incidents where a guest is refused entry or exit due to personal reasons or invalid identity documents. If a customer cannot join the tour due to such issues, program costs will not be refunded.
