CHILD TOUR PRICE POLICY 

Children are expected to co-sleep with parents (no separate bed).

• Under 5 years old & less than 1m in height: Free of charge (Applicable for the 1st child; the 2nd child is charged 50% of the adult price).
• From 5 - 9 years old and from 1m - 1.3m: 80% of the tour price.
• 10 years old or more & over 1.3m: 100% of the tour price.

SERVICES INCLUDED 

• Transportation: New and modern air-conditioned tourist cars with professional drivers.
• Accommodation: Standard rooms (2 guests/room). Expected hotels: Novotel Danang Premier Han River (5-star) or Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel (4-star).
• Meals: 02 breakfasts at the hotel, 04 standard meals ($15/pax), and 01 Buffet lunch on Ba Na Hills.
• Admission: One-time entrance tickets to attractions according to the program.
• Guide: Professional English-speaking guide throughout the journey.
• Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Gifts: Travel hats and 01 bottle of drinking water (500ml) per person/day.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED 

• Taxes: VAT 8%.
• Personal Expenses: Drinks, excess baggage, phone bills, and laundry.
• Activity Surcharges: International standard golf fees, body massage, and tickets for optional shows or games.
• Logistics: Visas, immigration procedures, and round-trip air tickets.
• Mandatory Tips: 5 USD/Day/Person for the tour guide and driver.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION TERMS 

• Deposit: 70% of the total tour value must be transferred within 12 hours after price agreement.
• Cancellation Penalties:
  • After booking: Loss of deposit + 100% of air/train tickets.
  • 20-30 days before departure: 50% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 10-20 days before departure: 70% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • 5-10 days before departure: 90% of tour price + 100% of tickets.
  • Within 05 days before departure: 100% total fee.
• Note: Holiday bookings are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-changeable.

IMPORTANT NOTES 

• Itinerary Commitment: Customers must follow the right itinerary. A separation fee of $100/day/person applies if you split from the group.
• Currency Fluctuations: Expenses may change if the foreign exchange rate fluctuates suddenly at the time of departure.
• Documents: Foreigners must carry original passports with valid entry visas/stamps.

1. Visa Application Requirements

• Passport: Must be valid for more than 6 months from the tour's end date. You must provide a scan of your passport, including all pages with existing visas and entry/exit stamps. The original passport must be carried with you during the trip.
• Photo Specifications:
  • Quantity: 01 photo (size 4 x 6 cm).
  • Background: Must be a white background.
  • Composition: The photo must be taken straight, clearly showing the face, forehead, and ears.
  • Restrictions: Do not wear white shirts and do not wear glasses in the photo.
• Travel History: You must provide information about countries visited within the last 3 years, including the specific length of stay in each country.
• Timeline: Group visa procedures must be finalized at least 10 working days in advance.

2. Regulations for Foreigners & Overseas Vietnamese

• Mandatory Documents: You are required to bring your original passport along with a valid entry visa, green card, or visa exemption book.
• Entry Stamp: These documents must be affixed to the passport or as a loose sheet, featuring a Vietnam entry stamp, and must be valid according to aviation regulations.

3. Important Liability Notes

• Not Included: Please note that visas and immigration procedures are not included in the standard tour price.
• Refusal of Entry/Exit: The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal identity or invalid documents.
• Refund Policy: If a customer cannot check in or join the tour due to personal document issues, the program costs will not be refunded.

Insurance Policy 

• Type of Insurance: Regulated travel insurance.
• Inclusion: This service is included in the tour package.
• Provider’s Responsibility: The service provider (Party B) is responsible for purchasing travel insurance for the guests (Party A) for the duration of the travel schedule.
• Health Risk Coverage:
  • Guests are required to bear all expenses incurred outside the tour program related to health risks, such as additional accommodation, transportation, and medical examination or treatment costs.
  • Reimbursement: Only expenses that fall within the specific category of travel insurance will be reimbursed by the Insurance Company according to their regulations.
• Exclusion of Liability:
  • The travel agency is not responsible if a guest is refused entry or exit by the Immigration Department of Vietnam or the host country due to personal identity or documentation issues.
  • In such cases, the costs of the program will not be refunded.
